The Chinese diplomat conveyed his Party and State’s New Year greetings to Vietnam and expressed his delight at many positive outcomes in bilateral relations.
According to the Vietnamese Deputy PM, over the last 70 years, the Parties, the States, and the peoples of the two countries have given a lot of valuable support to each other, which has contributed to the success of national liberation and development in each country. He asked both sides to continue implementing the agreements reached by their leaders, and to promote positive, healthy, and stable cooperation in all fields.
