U.S. deploys troops after protest at embassy in Iraq

VTV.vn - Up to 4,000 American paratroopers have been ordered to deploy to the Middle East, after protesters staged a violent demonstration outside the US Embassy in Baghdad on Tuesday.

US Defense Secretary Mark Esper said the Pentagon is working closely with the State Department to ensure the security of its embassy and personnel. US President Donald Trump blamed Iran for "orchestrating" the attack and said he would hold Tehran responsible. A foreign ministry spokesman in Iran has denied the allegations.
