On the evening of June 21, 2023, the 17th National Press Awards - 2022 ceremony was held in Hanoi.
Speaking at the award ceremony, journalist Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party's Central Committee and Chairman of the Vietnamese Journalists' Association, said that the Vietnamese revolutionary press has always upheld and accompanied the national revolutionary cause under the leadership of the Party, the guidance of President Ho Chi Minh and the trust and support of the people. In the historical periods of the country since the founding of the Party, the revolutionary press has always been the leading force, the sharp intellectual weapon of the Party and the State in the ideological and cultural fields, the forum of the Party and the State, and has made great contributions to the revolutionary cause.
Among the winning works, Vietnam Television won one A prize, three B prizes, two C prizes and two consolation prizes.
- A Award for Trap (TV documentary category) by Nguyen Ho Tri, Vu Hong Anh, Pham Quoc Bang, Chu Sy Thanh (videographer), Nguyen Tai Vu - Digital Content Production and Development Center.
- B Award corresponds to the works:
+ Series of two articles: Cows imported by road and loopholes (category ofNews, Report, Chronicle) by Nguyen Lam Thanh, Pham Anh Quang, Nguyen Hai Thuy, Nguyen Thanh Huyen, Nguyen Thanh Huyen, Le Xuan Hoa of Vietnam Television Center in the Central Region - Central Highlands;
+ The Song of Peace (Commentary, Exchange and TV Talk category) by the group of writers: Phan Lac Long, Nguyen Duc Hoa, Nguyen Tuan Anh, Nguyen Thu Yen, Tran Le Minh of the VTV Journalists Association;
+ Road to Peace (TV documentary category) by the group of writers: Doan Hong Le, Tran Xuan Quang, Dang Tien Nhut - Vietnam Television Center in Central Region - Central Highlands.
