Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union TV Song Festival: An unmissable program

Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union TV Song Festival (ABU TV Song Festival) is the annual music event with its first holding taking place in 2012. This is an initiative of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Association, based on the idea of Eurovision Song Contest, to promote the exchange of culture, art and cooperation among countries in Asia – Pacific. Every year, this event is organized by an ABU member country. Vietnam hosted the festival in 2013 and the event was held at Hanoi Opera House.

This year, ABU TV Song Festival will take place in Tokyo, Japan with the participation of 11 famous artists and music groups, including the famous Chinese singer - Naying, songwriter of the soundtrack of “Slumdog” – A. R. Rahman (India), singer with millions of fans all over the world from Kazakhstan - Dimash Kudaibergen, K-Pop girl group TWICE, or male singer from Macau (China) - Adelino da Silva, and from Vietnam - singer Hoang Thuy Linh,…

The performance of the ABU TV Song Festival will be broadcast on VTV1 at 14:00 1st January 2020.
